Here at Chicken-&-Tings, it is our topmost priority to provide you with the best level of satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we have established a fair and easy-to-follow system that allows you to initiate a return for your item(s) in the unlikely event that it does not meet your expectations.
In order to ensure eligibility for a return, the item(s) must be in the same perfect condition as when it was received. It should be unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and must include proof of purchase. Please take note that any fees incurred in delivery are non-refundable and that the responsibility for the return delivery fee falls on you as the customer.
Rest assured that as soon as we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. In cases where the item(s) did not meet our criteria of return, we will notify you promptly and we will not be able to provide a refund.
